PropArena Terms of Service (ToS) Effective Date: 17th July 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PropArena (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any other rules posted on the site. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

PropArena is an online educational and entertainment platform offering simulated trading tournaments for a chance to win prize rewards. We do not offer financial, investment, or brokerage services, and nothing on this platform should be construed as such.

Participation is for skill-based competition and personal growth. No real capital is traded, and participation does not imply qualification for any investment opportunity or trading license.

3. Entities & Responsibilities

• Traders Central Fund Corp: Collects user entry payments and provides customer support, account access, and payment reconciliation.
• Prime Custody (Pty) Ltd: Operates and maintains the simulated trading platform and is responsible for executing reward payouts to tournament winners.
• Prime Bridge Securities LLC: Develops and maintains performance tracking tools. Select anonymized trade data may be used to enhance proprietary risk and educational tools.

All platform services are operated under this collaborative framework. Users agree they are interacting with a gamified tournament and not directly trading on a live market.

4. Eligibility & Compliance

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must not be subject to sanctions or laws that prohibit your participation.
• You agree to use only one account and follow tournament rules.

Use of the platform from jurisdictions that prohibit simulated trading contests or online competitions is strictly forbidden.

5. User Accounts & Tournament Entry

• Each user must register and maintain accurate account information.
• Entry to a tournament is confirmed only upon successful payment before the enrollment deadline.
• Accounts must be flat (no open trades) at tournament close; otherwise, trades will be auto-closed.

We reserve the right to disqualify users for breaching tournament rules or for suspicious activity.

6. Prize Pool & Winnings

• Winnings are based on final equity rankings at the end of each tournament.
• Payouts are made to the wallet address you provide.
• Traders must finish in the top 25% by equity to qualify for a prize.
• All prizes are skill-based and not guaranteed.

PropArena is not responsible for lost or delayed payments due to incorrect wallet information.

7. Use of Trading Data

By participating, you grant PropArena and its affiliates a license to use your performance data for analytics, leaderboard rankings, and internal research. No personally identifiable trading activity is disclosed publicly without consent.

We reserve the right to use anonymized data to improve platform features or support research, including predictive market modeling and educational insights.

8. No Financial Advice or Live Trading

PropArena does not offer investment advice or solicit financial transactions. All trading is simulated and for educational or entertainment purposes only.

Winnings are a result of tournament performance, not financial return on investment. Users are not trading actual funds, and no positions are placed on real markets.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Breach any Terms or tournament rules
• Engage in cheating, manipulation, or abuse of the system
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree that PropArena, its partners, affiliates, and licensors are not liable for:

• Losses or missed opportunities from participation
• Platform outages or delayed rewards
• Regulatory interpretations or user misunderstandings

Participation is at your own risk. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, or prize eligibility.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, where Prime Custody (Pty) Ltd is registered and operates the core tournament platform. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for any disputes.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PropArena after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
